We are continuing to commit to digital innovation in smart energy solutions with our partners. We recognize the importance of enhancing user awareness regarding consumption habits. Transitioning from a fully public app, the app experience is tailored for Norlys customers. Now Norlys users can check their consumption and also receive predicted forecasts personalized to their consumption patterns. Additionally, price intervals can be set based on their needs, whether they want to understand the cheapest interval for charging their car, or wash a load of laundry, based on the duration of each specific task.

In addition, a device breakdown allows them to further understand consumption by common household items and how much energy they consume. Users are also provided with data on electricity prices, forecasts, current consumption, and future expectations, along with access to their electricity invoices and their status.
