AI Enablement at Store Lens

The AI software factory behind the checkout.
How Framna and Store Lens put Claude to work across development, testing and operations of H&M Group's point-of-sale platform.

Store Lens builds the point-of-sale platform used across H&M Group's brands, self-checkout, mobile POS and cashier registers running in hundreds of stores in tens of markets. It's software that has to work every day, in every store, under fiscal rules that differ per country. Together with Store Lens, Framna has built something we believe in deeply: an AI-assisted way of working where agents do production work in the pipeline, and people steer and judge.

The solution is built on Claude, Anthropic's AI model family, running as Claude Code agents in Store Lens's cloud CI, connected through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to the systems the team already uses: Azure DevOps, Firebase Crashlytics and production telemetry.
