Turning empty tables into loyal guests
Finebite makes dining smarter for both guests and restaurants. Together, we have shaped the platform into one of Central Europe’s leading restaurant booking apps, boasting more than 1 million downloads and top ratings—4.5 on Google Play and 4.8 on the App Store.
Over 1.7 million guests have already discovered new restaurants through Finebite, which connects diners with top venues offering 50 percent off selected menu items while helping restaurateurs fill tables, gain exposure, and collect private feedback. It is a true win–win for both sides of the table.

Long-term partnership, lasting product impact
Everytap, the original version of Finebite, began as a restaurant loyalty app built to reward repeat visits. It worked well but faced a clear challenge: the model needed a sharper and more distinct value proposition to stand out in a competitive hospitality market.
Our partnership with the team began in 2014. Together, we designed and built Everytap on iBeacon technology to make the loyalty process effortless. Guests automatically received points when entering a restaurant. The beacon triggered a welcome message, and at checkout, users could tap their phone to collect rewards from their purchase.
The technology was solid, but the market had moved on. Restaurants needed a stronger business case. Diners wanted immediate value.
The turning point came when we introduced a restaurant reservation feature. The concept was simple yet transformative: guests could book top restaurants at half price, while restaurateurs filled empty tables during off-peak hours and reached new customers.
The feature quickly proved its potential. It became the foundation for a new product—Finebite. What started as a loyalty tool evolved into a booking platform that creates tangible results for both sides of the dining experience.
Since launch, Finebite has continued to grow. Guests enjoy premium dining experiences at a better value, restaurants gain visibility and loyal customers, and 74 percent of users return to the venues they discover through the app.

Crafting one experience for two audiences
Once the reservation feature proved its potential, the next challenge was clear: design a seamless experience that served two audiences—diners and hospitality professionals.
Our approach was built on three design principles: clarity, speed, and trust.
Clarity
The home screen communicates Finebite’s value from the first glance. It highlights the 50 percent discount and showcases a curated list of partner restaurants. Every interaction explains itself. Users understand immediately what Finebite offers and how it benefits them.
Speed
The booking flow is designed for efficiency. Each step feels intuitive and quick. Before confirming a reservation, users can review all relevant details—the time window for the offer, beverage inclusion, and the number of guests per booking. Nothing is hidden, and expectations are always clear for both guests and restaurants.
Trust
For many users, Finebite is their first point of contact with a restaurant. That makes the app an extension of the dining experience itself. The design reinforces confidence through precision and reliability—clean typography, calm visuals, and consistent feedback throughout the journey.
The result is an interface that feels effortless and credible, connecting two different audiences through a shared promise: great dining, made simple.
“Framna was committed to building the ideal product for our customers. Also, their attention to detail and scrutiny when dealing with technical challenges is noteworthy. We were pleased with their proactive approach and their genuine desire to see the success of the platform. They were constantly looking for ways to improve, and ensured that we had proper tracking tools and no potential scalability issues.”
