In partnership with Uitgekookt we strategically chose Flutter for its rapid development capabilities, cross-platform efficiency, and visual quality, enabling us to deliver a scalable MVP in four months. The app provides seamless mobile payments and notifications, along with essential self-service tools that give users direct control over their meals. As a first step toward bridging analog and digital, we included the ability to enter paper-based meal numbers directly in the app removing friction from an existing service process. With this foundation in place, the app is well positioned to expand its loyalty features and add biometric identification methods in the near future.

The Framna team closely collaborated with Uitgekookt’s stakeholders, swiftly navigating challenges and continuously optimizing the app post-launch. Real-world user insights shaped critical new features, including streamlined ordering and context-aware notifications. This allowed for rapid iteration, continuous improvements in usability, clarity, and constant quality improvement.
