You will receive a confirmation email with relevant information about the process.

We try to review applications as quickly as possible, because we are excited to meet you. Typically within the first 10 days. In some cases, when there are a lot of candidates applying, it may take longer, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.

If there is a match, we will reach out to start the conversation.

From your first interview, we aim to keep the recruitment process between 3 to 4 weeks. We also consider your unique situation, if you want to adjust the process to your circumstances, we have the opportunity to do so as well.

Our recruitment process is designed to understand how you think, collaborate, and build products.

It includes:

• First interview with our Recruiter
• Second interview with the recruitment team
• Case Assignment or Technical interview
• Final offer meeting

The exact steps may vary by role and are always outlined in the job ad. Sometimes, we use psychometric assessments, through our test partner Evali, to better look at your soft skills and prevent bias during the recruitment process.
