Choosing your next role is an important decision, and we believe the process should be just as thoughtful as the products we build. Below you will find answers to the questions we hear most often about recruitment at Framna Sweden. We value transparency, clear communication, and mutual fit. Our goal is to create a process that is structured, respectful of your time, and focused on helping both you and Framna determine whether we can win by product together.
How do I apply to Framna Sweden?
We would love to see you apply to work at Framna! The best way, if you find a role that matches your next career step, is to apply through our open positions on our careers page.
Select any of our Swedish locations - “Stockholm”, “Åre”, “Östersund”, “Kalmar”, or “Gothenburg, under locations to explore roles within the company.

What happens after I apply?
You will receive a confirmation email with relevant information about the process.
We try to review applications as quickly as possible, because we are excited to meet you. Typically within the first 10 days. In some cases, when there are a lot of candidates applying, it may take longer, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
If there is a match, we will reach out to start the conversation.
How long does the hiring process take?
From your first interview, we aim to keep the recruitment process between 3 to 4 weeks. We also consider your unique situation, if you want to adjust the process to your circumstances, we have the opportunity to do so as well.
What does the hiring process look like?
Our recruitment process is designed to understand how you think, collaborate, and build products.
It includes:
- First interview with our Recruiter
- Second interview with the recruitment team
- Case Assignment or Technical interview
- Final offer meeting
The exact steps may vary by role and are always outlined in the job ad. Sometimes, we use psychometric assessments, through our test partner Evali, to better look at your soft skills and prevent bias during the recruitment process. You can read more about how we work with them here. However, our goal is always the same: to understand how we can build great products together.
Why do you ask about my gender during the application process?
At Framna Sweden, our goal is to work with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to ensure that our teams and the products that we build represent a range of diverse perspectives. One way we see that we can reach our goals in this area is through our recruitment processes. This means we wish for all kinds of people to apply and want to work with us. You will work on digital products used by millions of people every day.
Together with our partners, we build products that are simple, reliable, and designed to make a real difference for users.
Our work spans industries such as healthcare, finance, and retail - often in complex environments where quality and reliability matter most.
What are you looking for in candidates?
We look for people who care about their craft and take responsibility for what they build. People who are curious, collaborative, and motivated to create products that work well in the real world.
Do I need to match every requirement?
We typically design our job ads to be as open and clear as possible. What is it like to work at Framna Sweden?
At Framna Sweden, you will work in an agile cross-functional team with developers, designers, QA, analysts, and product & delivery leads, taking ideas from discovery to shipped products.
You will also be part of a local community of people with similar skillsets and specialty competences, collaborating closely to share knowledge, challenge perspectives, and develop your craft. On top of that, you will also be connected to a broader global community.

Which language do you work in?
Our company language is English, as we collaborate across studios and partners globally in an international environment.
Our Swedish studios bring together people from many nationalities, and we use English as our language to ensure an inclusive environment.
Do you offer remote work?
At Framna Sweden, we allocate the majority of our time at the office. We spend time together to build culture, optimize for stronger collaboration, better products, and greater value for our partners and challenging ourselves while having fun doing it. We mix that with the freedom to work from home when it makes sense, and hours that flex around real life.
Can I apply for multiple roles?

Do you offer internships or graduate roles?
We occasionally offer internships, thesis positions, and summer jobs. When we do, you will usually see them listed on our career page.

Will I receive feedback?
Yes. We try to provide feedback that is useful and actionable.
For early-stage applications, the level of detail may be limited due to the number of applications we receive.
If you take part in interviews or complete a home assignment, we do our best to share clear takeaways you can build on.
