Catch Me partnered with Framna to address bias in hiring by building a fully digital service centered on skills rather than personal attributes. By anonymizing candidate profiles during recruitment, Catch Me enables employers to evaluate only what matters for the role — not age, gender or ethnicity.

 

The combination of a mobile app for gig workers and a web-based employer portal creates a cohesive ecosystem where fairness is an embedded product function, not just a message.

Traditional staffing and recruitment systems often reinforce bias, require manual applications, and force job seekers and employers to navigate multiple platforms. Catch Me was designed to bring everything together in one coherent experience.

 

The app translates a complex staffing model into a product that feels straightforward to use, while handling critical requirements around identity verification, a custom-built matching algorithm, and integrated payments via Swish behind the scenes. By creating a profile once, job seekers are continuously matched to relevant assignments without manually applying for jobs.

Catch Me includes a web platform for employers designed to support the practical side of hiring. From setting up company profiles, posting assignments or reviewing matched candidates, the portal minimizes day-to-day operational friction and enhances decision-making based purely on competence and fit.
