Whether for individuals, companies or municipalities, Hejdoktor offers care built around users, not systems. Together with Framna, they introduced a renewed brand identity across their app and website, strengthening their position as a human-first product grounded in trust, clarity and care. The redesign focused on user-friendliness and empathic design, making it comfortable and convenient to consult with healthcare professionals.

To help Hejdoktor become the natural first choice for digital healthcare, the app and website were redesigned with one clear goal: making users feel seen, safe and supported. Every element of the experience, from interface to illustration, was crafted with empathy and intention.
