What began in 2012 as a small team of digital specialists has grown into a community of more than 80 people, bringing together engineers, designers and product thinkers who enjoy working closely across disciplines. The space is built for collaboration and experimentation, and the work spans everything from local startups to long-term international partnerships. Despite a hybrid setup, the team stays tightly connected through regular workshops, shared rituals and a thoughtful approach to working together.
