Ula Stankiewicz
Head of People & Communications, Framna Poland
Choosing your next role is an important decision, and we believe the process should be just as thoughtful as the products we build. Below you will find answers to the questions we hear most often about recruitment at Framna Poland. We value transparency, clear communication, and mutual fit. Our goal is to create a process that is structured, respectful of your time, and focused on helping both you and Framna determine whether we can win by product together.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Our recruitment process usually takes two to three weeks in total. This includes all interview stages and the review of your home assignment. Typically, a clear decision and feedback are provided after this period, following the final stage. Occasionally, a partner may request a brief 30-minute follow-up conversation. If that occurs, we will inform you promptly and ensure the process remains transparent.
What languages are required?
We are looking for candidates who have a strong command of both English and Polish, in both written and spoken communication.
How do you evaluate a candidate?
We evaluate candidates holistically, considering both technical skills and interpersonal qualities such as experience, mindset, and collaboration abilities. Our goal is to ensure the role is the right fit for both you and Framna.
Evaluation is based on three equally important components: a technical deep dive, an interpersonal stage focused on our values and core competencies, and the quality of your home assignment. Strong products are built through strong collaboration, so we value communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities just as much as technical expertise.
Will I receive feedback?
Yes. Feedback is an important part of our culture at Framna Poland. Every candidate receives feedback at the end of the process. We highlight strengths, point out areas for improvement, and share concrete guidance to support your continued growth, regardless of the outcome.
How often do you update open positions on your website?
We update open roles on a monthly basis to keep listings accurate and relevant.
Sometimes we recruit with a longer-term perspective to build a future talent pool. This means that even if a role is not immediately available, you will have the chance to be considered for upcoming opportunities – and we always communicate this clearly from the start so expectations are aligned.
