How do I apply to Framna Netherlands?

 

Apply through one of the open positions on our careers page. To explore opportunities in the Dutch studios, select “Zwolle” or “Amsterdam” under locations.

What happens after I apply?

You will receive a confirmation email with more information about the process.

We review applications within five working days. In some cases it may take a little longer, but we will keep you informed along the way.

If there is a match, Ilse or Léon from our Recruitment team will reach out by phone.

How long does the hiring process take?

Our hiring process usually takes between two and four weeks, depending on the role and availability.

This includes interview stages and, where relevant, a case assignment.

After the final stage, you will receive a clear outcome and feedback. In some cases, we may invite you for a short follow-up conversation.

What does the hiring process look like?

Our process is designed to understand how you think, collaborate, and approach building digital products.

It typically includes:

What kind of products will I work on?

You will work on digital products used by millions of people every day.

Together with our partners, we build products that are intuitive, reliable, and designed to make a meaningful difference for users.

Our work spans industries such as healthcare, finance, retail, and mobility, often in complex environments where quality and reliability matter.

What are you looking for in candidates?

We look for people who care deeply about their craft and take ownership of what they build.

People who are curious, collaborative, and motivated to create products that work well in the real world.

What is it like to work at Framna Netherlands?

At Framna Netherlands, you will work in an agile cross-functional team with developers, designers, QA, analysts, and product & delivery leads, taking ideas from discovery to shipped products.

You will also be part of a local community of people with similar skillsets and specialty competences, collaborating closely to share knowledge, challenge perspectives, and develop your craft. On top of that, you will also be connected to a broader global community.

We believe the best roles are shaped by the people in them. If you are curious about something, you will have the trust and space to chase it, and probably a few teammates who want to jump in with you.

Which language do you work in across the Dutch studios?

Our Zwolle studio primarily works in Dutch, while English is the main language in our Amsterdam studio.

 

Do you offer remote work?

At Framna, we work hybrid.

For full-time employees, we generally expect at least three days per week in the studio. At the same time, we offer flexibility where it makes sense, balancing team collaboration with individual needs.

 

Can I apply for multiple roles?

Yes. If multiple roles match your profile and interests, we encourage you to apply.

Do you offer internships or graduate roles?

Graduate and student roles are listed on our careers page whenever available.

Internship opportunities are handled on an ongoing basis. If you are interested, feel free to reach out to leon.tulen@framna.com with a short introduction. We will review your message and get back to you.

Will I receive feedback?

Yes. We aim to provide feedback that is clear and useful.

For early-stage applications, the level of detail may be more limited due to the number of applications we receive. If you participate in interviews or complete a case assignment, we will always share feedback you can build on.
