Framna expands European presence with acquisition of Bright Inventions

Framna partners with industry leaders to craft market-defining digital products. Backed by Waterland Private Equity, the digital product agency is executing a clear strategy that combines organic growth with targeted acquisitions to extend capabilities and reach.

Founded in 2012, Bright Inventions specializes in digital product development, as well as IoT and AI solutions, with a strong track record in retail technology and employee-facing enterprise products that streamline operations. The team has developed products for organizations including Just Eat Takeaway.com, Relevo, and the UN World Food Programme (WFP).

There will be no changes to Bright Inventions’ management or organization, and existing partner relationships will continue as usual. The parties have agreed not to disclose financial terms.
