At Framna, we believe that great products start with great people—and great partnerships start with a clear, respectful hiring experience.

This guide is here to give you a transparent view of how we work. No surprises. No unnecessary complexity. Just a thoughtful process designed to help both of us understand if we are the right match.

Whether you come from a technical or non-technical background, the goal is the same: to explore how we can build meaningful digital products together.

What you can expect

Our hiring process has usually four steps.

Each step is designed with intention. We are not looking for perfection. We are looking for clarity, potential, and shared ambition.

Introductory conversation

Interview

Role-specific assignment

Final feedback

Final meeting (when relevant)

Introductory conversation

We begin with a short conversation after reviewing your application. Think of it as a first alignment—a chance for us to get to know each other and understand whether we are moving in the right direction together.

During this conversation, we will explore your ambitions and what you are looking for in your next step. We are interested in how you think about digital products, how you have worked with teams, and the ways of working you are most comfortable with. We will also touch on your availability, your preferences, and your expectations around compensation, so that we can create clarity early on.

Part of the conversation may take place in English, as this reflects how we collaborate with partners in our day-to-day work.

Our goal is simple: to build a shared understanding from the start and ensure that what comes next is meaningful for both sides.

Interview

The interview is a deeper conversation, usually up to 2.5 hours. It is structured, but still human. You should feel comfortable asking questions, challenging ideas, and being yourself.

Introduction

We begin with a short check-in to understand what has changed since we last spoke and what you are currently working on.

Role-specific discussion

This is where we explore how you think and approach challenges. Depending on your role, this can be technical, strategic, or product-focused. It is not about having all the answers. It is about how you:

  • Break down problems

  • Communicate your thinking

  • Collaborate with others

Collaboration and communication

Great products are built by aligned teams. We will talk about what motivates you, how you prefer to work, and what you value in a team environment. This helps us understand how we can succeed together.

Role-specific assignment

For selected candidates, we continue with a practical assignment designed to reflect how you approach real product challenges. It is an opportunity to show how you think, make decisions, and turn ideas into execution.

You will receive the assignment via email and define your own timeline, with a recommended time investment of up to eight hours. The way you approach the task is up to you, and should reflect the role you are applying for. If anything is unclear along the way, we encourage you to reach out. Collaboration starts early, and we see this step as part of that process.

When submitting your work, we also value your perspective on what you would improve with more time. This helps us understand how you prioritize and think beyond the immediate solution.

We review each assignment with a focus on clarity, structure, quality of execution, and how you approach decisions and trade-offs.

Final feedback

We take the time to review every candidate carefully, which usually takes up to 10 working days. You will always hear back from us.

Our feedback is designed to be useful and help you move forward, regardless of the outcome. We believe it should be useful—whether you join Framna or not.

When it makes sense, we may also invite you for a short follow-up conversation to continue the dialogue.

Our feedback includes:

Our perspective on your interview and assignment

Clear, actionable suggestions for growth

Final meeting (when relevant)

In some cases, we invite you to a final conversation with a future team member, such as a Team Lead, Project Manager, or partner representative. This step is about building connection and understanding the broader context.

It gives us the opportunity to explore how the team dynamic might feel in practice, discuss the challenges and opportunities within the role in more detail, and understand how you would contribute in real scenarios.

The conversation is more informal in tone, but it plays an important role. Strong digital products are built on strong collaboration, and this is where we begin to see what that could look like together.

What we value

We are looking for people who take ownership and care about the products they build. Joining Framna is not just about filling a role. It is about building something meaningful together.

You will likely thrive at Framna if you take responsibility for your work and its impact, balance craft with business understanding, and stay curious by continuously learning and improving. We value people who collaborate openly, share feedback, and communicate with confidence in English.

Above all, we value people who want to build products that matter—for users, for partners, and for each other. We aim to be an inspiring partner, not only to the brands we work with, but to the people who choose to grow with us.

If this sounds like the kind of work you want to be part of, we would love to hear from you.
