A process built around conversation
We believe great hiring processes go beyond CVs and checklists.
Our interviews are designed to understand how you think, collaborate, and approach your craft in practice. We use competence-based interviewing techniques, often structured around the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result), to explore how you’ve handled real situations, challenges, and decisions in your work.
The goal is not just to evaluate experience, but to understand how you work with others, how you solve problems, and what drives you professionally.
What the process looks like
The exact process may differ per role, but it typically includes:
Introductory call
A first conversation with Recruitment about your background, interests, and what you’re looking for next. We’ll also share more about Framna, our teams, and how we work.
Personal interview
A deeper conversation focused on your experience, skills, and approach to your discipline. Depending on the role, this may include portfolio discussions, technical conversations, or collaboration scenarios.
Case assignment (if applicable)
For some roles, we include a case or technical assignment to better understand how you approach real-world challenges.
Reference check
Before moving to an offer, we may contact former colleagues or managers to better understand your collaboration style and professional experience.
Offer
If there’s a strong match from both sides, we’ll move forward with an offer and discuss all practical details together.
