There are many ways to onboard. Ours is simple: clear structure, steady support, and room to grow.
Your onboarding starts before your first day and continues as you settle into your role. It is shaped with your team, grounded in real product work, and adjusted to how you learn best. Because great products start with confident people.
Before day one
Before you join, we prepare the ground.
Your team knows you are coming. Your onboarding journey is mapped out. The people you will work with are already involved. And you are assigned a buddy, someone who helps you navigate everything from daily routines to the small, practical details.
It is a simple setup, but it makes a difference. You arrive at a team that is ready.
Your first day
Your first day is about clarity and connection.
We walk you through what the day looks like, make sure you have access to the tools and knowledge you need, and introduce how we work as a team. You meet your colleagues, often over breakfast or lunch, and start getting a sense of the people behind the products.
From the beginning, you are encouraged to ask questions, share thoughts, and take part.
Your first weeks
The first weeks are where things start to come together.
You get to know your team, understand how different roles work together, and begin contributing to real product work. We take a gradual approach. You build confidence step by step, taking on more responsibility as you go.
We do not believe in overwhelming people. We believe in building momentum.
We do not overload your first weeks with sessions or information. Starting a new role is already a lot to take in.
Instead, we focus on sharing what matters, when it matters. You can expect steady support from your team lead and your buddy, who are there to answer questions, provide context, and help you move forward with confidence.
How we work together

Commercial, Design, Development, and QA work closely together to create products that are thoughtful, reliable, and made to succeed. Each role brings deep expertise, but the real value comes from how we work together.

Feedback and support
We stay close to your onboarding experience.
Through regular check-ins, we make sure things are moving in the right direction. We talk about what is working, what feels unclear, and what needs to change.
